Good Afternoon Shasta Meadows Families,
This is Mrs. Gold with your post-Thanksgiving weekly update. I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with friends and family.  I have 4 short things to share. First, Monday is a minimum day and we are here all five days this week. We have just four weeks to get a lot of learning done before we break for the winter holidays. Every day matters. Please do your best to be on time and present each day in the month of December.
Second, Our very popular annual father-daughter dance sponsored by your PTO will be on Friday, December 1st from 6-8. It's a masquerade theme, and tickets are on sale in our school office for $10 per father-daughter pair- multiple daughters are no additional charge and any Important adult in a daughter's life can be her escort to the event.
Third, our soccer team competes on Tuesday here at home at 3:00 PM and on Thursday at 3:00 PM at Rother school.
And finally, Friday, December 1st we are having our November awards assembly. Awards start in the gym at 12:45 and if your child is receiving an award their teacher will reach out to you so please be looking for notes sent home in folders or messages from the teacher. We look forward to celebrating with you all.
